Current Issue: Fuel Scarcity in Nigeria

 Hey Everyone!
How was your day? To my Nigerians, hope the fuel scarcity is not frustrating you o? As we all know, fuel scarcity has been an issue for a while now in Nigeria and this has caused so many problems. The last one was in December and now another one has hit us !

There has been said to be long queues since yesterday and it has not improved. Petrol is considered a necessity especially in a country like Nigeria where there is a lack of power supply and petrol is needed for cars and generators.

Many reports say some filling station attendants have increased the pump price, and of course the price on the 'black market' is even worse.

According to Vanguard, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) recently promised to increased supply and is blaming retail outlets for the scarcity, claiming many are hoarding the product.

But should the NNPC be blaming anyone for the scarcity? They are responsible to maintain and manage the supply of oil/petrol around the country. Or what do you think?
